A Rabbit Hole of Fun

I love a good story and this podcast is attention getting and a great listen. I’m drawn in on a roller coaster ride of comedy, drama, and great gotchas, all with professional casts, fantastic sound effects, and really interesting interviews of the writers. I’m a huge fan of theatre and it’s a great way to hear wonderfully done plays.

Every episode is worth it!

This podcast is so great! Short stories with awesome voice actors and effects. The quality of every episode is top notch and you can tell the love and talent that goes into every single one!! Some of these stories will stick with you for a very long time!

Always a great listen!

This is an awesome podcast with wonderful production values! Each episode dramatizes a script written by a different playwright, highlighting stories from various genres, including my favorites, horror and dark comedy. An added bonus: an interview with the featured playwright at the end of each show, providing insights on- and inspirations for- their selected piece.

A fantastic treasury of wonderful audio dramas

The title says it all. Gather by the Ghost Light is the kind of podcast that makes any theatremaker excited at the possibilities of what a play can be. Whether dramatic or comedic, Gather by the Ghost Light has assembled something special that will be loved by so many and have repeat listens of your favorite plays.

Keep ‘em coming Jonathan!

Just listened to my first episode of your podcast and can say without a doubt, it won’t be my last! I loved the sound design, music, voice acting, the whole package. It’s a terrific way to get playwrights work out there and I am grateful to have had a piece of mine chosen for your podcast. I can’t recommend enough.

Revival of Radio Theatre!

A great podcast for just pure entertainment! Short plays written by different playwrights with genres that range from comedy to horror. Well directed and produced. A great listen for when you just want to escape into a show for a little bit.

Jonathan Cook, Great American Playwright

This is one of the most excellently written and produced “radio theatre” podcasts that I have come across. Always entertaining! I look forward each month to Gathering by the Ghost Light!
